Internal Customer Satisfaction Survey

 

The Internal Customer Satisfaction Survey (ICS) measures how satisfied internal customers are with a department or team.

 

The ICS measures perceptions of services in three areas:

  • Communication - the ability to speak and listen effectively
  • Productivity - the ability to maintain high levels of efficiency, reliability and quality
  • Responsiveness - the ability to effectively meet customer needs

 

The ICS will provide your department or work group with a comprehensive picture of your customers perceptions and expectations, as well as your team strengths, weaknesses and areas for improvement.
